At Simon we try to keep things simple, without compromising on quality. We are not an agency that will use a lot of jargon or sell you the latest fad that your business doesn’t really need.

All you need to do is tell us a bit about your business and select one of our fixed price web packages. You then add any additional pages, features or services that you need, again, all at fixed prices. You will always know the final price of your website before we start work on it, so you won’t need to worry about the final bill.

When we have built your site, you then decide what level of support you will need to keep it up to date and working well. You choose what you are happy to do yourself and what you want to leave to us, and so only pay for what you really need. Simple.

1.Your initial consultation

Every business is different. We start every project with a thorough 1-2-1 consultation to understand your business and what you are looking for. This can be face to face in your home or office, at ours, over the phone or via WhatsApp

Simply choose the method that suits you best. Your initial consultation is completely free and without obligation.

2. Choose and customise your package

We offer a range of fixed price packages to suit every business and budget. You can add any additional features or services, again at fixed prices. If you need something more than a basic packages then get in touch and discuss your ideas. We have many years of experience and have worked on numerous large projects over the years.

3. We get to work

Once you have decided exactly what sort of site you need, we will go to work building your website. When you are completely happy with your new site, we make it go live.

The time it will take to build your website will depend on how complicated it is. Our fastest builds have been simple sites that we have had up and running in a few days. Others are much more complicated and take a few months. We would expect to be able to complete most sites within 3-4 weeks.

4. Choose your support plan

You then decide how much help you are going to need in the future and select the right support plan for you. Our basic plan includes hosting, keeps your site safe and secure and gives you access to video tutorials showing you how to make changes to your site.

Some of our customers prefer to have a little more help with managing their site and pay a small extra fee for us to manage changes to their sites on their behalf.
